naw, scott peterson isnt a well-known heismann trophy winner, so johnny cochrane wouldnt have done him no good.

 

since i don't watch the news please fill me in. i know the name but what happened?

 

it was first degree muder of his wife, second degree murder of his unborn son. life without parole or death penalty.

 

good..i figured he was guilty, im glad others saw it too

 

retro... he killed his wife and unborn child a few years back on christmas eve and dumped them off of his boat.

thats kinda weird that he could get charged for killing an unborn child. it's good but weird since unborn babies are not considered human and have no legal protection. i wonder how this will affect abortion laws.

 

laci peterson was reported missing for the longest time, and he had this whole sob story about how he missed his wife, when in fact, he was the one that murdered his wife. They thought he was being genuine until laci's family noticed that he got over her really quick, had an affair with another girl, and had no remorse of his wife's death soon after. laci was pregnant with baby whenever she was killed.

 

well, retro... lacy was 9 months pregnant so that may have been one reason he was charged for the child.

 

Yeah, I think the charge for the fetus was because it could have survived outside of the womb at that stage.

And don't forget him leaving to give out flyers and always going and doing something else instead.

 

I remember first seeing this story air on the news while in Missouri visiting my ex fiance's grandparents. Laci was a very beautiful woman... so horrible

 

yeah but i know that atleast here in canada you can have partial birth abortions. that's why i thought it was weird, but awsome that he did actually get charge for both!! i hate stupid assholes like that they should all be subjected to everything they've put anyone to except amillion times worse

 

Horrible doesn't even begin to describe it. To think your mate, partner, spouse, the person who should be your rock, could take your life!

 

there is nothing to convict him of murder...why people are happy about this is beyond me...people need to not let emotion make a decision for them..

There was evidence presented that suggested he thought about it for years.

 

he had a motive.... he was having an affair.

there was blood on his fishing boat. and he was supposedly on a fishing trip when she disappeared, and her body and the son's body washed up on shore....

I think thats quite a coincidence, dont you think?
