wash a carrot and then grate it finely
peel and chop an orange or satsuma or similar
    put them in a blender
also add about 6 ice cubes
then fill up with water and orange juice
you could also add some mango
    or maybe some banana
then add some honey (i use about a desert spoon)
    blend it all together
    then drink it!

    yum yum :)

    here's another one;

    chopped banana
    chopped apple
    six or so ice cubes
    water
    apple juice
    about 1 desert spoon honey
    cinnamon

put everything in a blender and add the water and apple juice till you get the amount you want. add some cinnamon, probably about a teaspoon? then blend together. yum!

    Those sound great

How long does it take you in the morning to prepare that, I want to cut the cup of coffee out and replace it with one of your recipes.
