share your ideas for crazy bongs/pipes
i was thinking maybe a hollow coconut would make a nice natural bong

a friend of mine made this crazy huge bong, it had a small weak vacume-cleaner hooked up to the top of a 5 litre bottle with a bowl big enough to fit a couple of grams in it.
turn on the the vacume, light up the bowl...take the vacume away and voila.
best bong iv ever smoked

 

i made an ok one that gets the job done i took some tubing from my a/c and a gatorade bottle cut a hole in the bottle stuck the tube in and but some glue/sealent stuff around the base where the tube goes into the bottle and the tubeing is foam so i put my bowl into the tube and use that for the bowl and just take it out and use it as a slide its nothing great but gets the job done and dident spend a penny on it

 

i used a trumpet mouth piece as a bowl/stem on several occasions.

 

done that too

 

lol i wonder if you could use a whole trumpet as a pipe

 

possibly it would be a little hard though

 

be worth it though

 

the bell of the trumpet or were the sound comes out would need to be smaller

 

there probably some brass instrument that would be perfect for it
not sure what damage it would do to the instrument though

i made mine out of 2 pill bottles, a film bottle, a metal pipe and some electric tape..it disassembles too which is a plus..but hey man i'm really diggin yours its pretty cool =p

i havnt actually properly smoked out of that one though so im not sure what its like

 

i made one last night with a pastic bottle and a sick bowl. i uesed gum for a sealent. my roomie got fucked up.

 

for a while i've wanted a color, custom made blown glass steamroller....

in the likeness of mister peanut. tophat is the mouthpiece, the feet are the oher open end of the steamroller...bowl somewhere in between

reminds me of a better looking version of my favorite homemade bong from highschool....a giant ovaltine malted milk jar with a metal lid, some metal tv antenna tubing, in a similar fashion as the straws. one was bent lightly in a few places to go much more horizontal, to make a mouthpiece. the other was straight vertical...

used a glue gun to seal the tubes in place. since it was a perfectly vertical downstem, i used multiple tiny things for bowls, which fit in place perfectly...close enough to airtight to not affect smoking quality....

i used the metal cone attached to the nib end of some disposable ballpoint pens, just set on top of the end of the tube. packed in one to two hit's worth, smoked, didnt need a carb, since when it was cashed it cleared into the water. the bowls got very hot, very quickly. i would pack up a few in a row and line them up. smoke one, then use something to knock the cashed piece off the top onto the lid. i reloaded with a new bowl and smoked that while the other cooled.

the jar was huge enough to fit tons of ice cubes. coolest smoking bong i've EVER used.

and since it only packed one hit per load, i could get it ALL in and let out all the smoke through a baffle...it was good enough for that....


great homemade piece from highschool, but it was ugly as hell.

 

i've always had trouble explaining the pen-tip bowl.

i mean like the metal cones that screw off of some cheap ballpoints....not many, but a few types....
