For all of you who dig the Bible, what do you think about useing those blank pages in the rear of the bible for rolling papers?
well, if u have the slightest belief that God exists, i wouldnt use the Holy Book as rolling papers..
Yeah, on second thoughts, I really don't think I would be that desperate, because I could always just make a quick pipe or something, and if I was desperate enough to do it, then it'd mean my priorities were wrong. So, no, I would not do it.
I don't think it would be bad. There is nothing on the paper, it's not like your burning Genisis. And even if you did roll and smoke bud with Genisis paper, if Genisis is true, God made the bud thats inside it.
burning blank paper is not a sacrilege in ANY faith....come on now, those pages are there to write all over. believing in god is ENTIRELY different from caring even a little bit about the bible. i believe very firmly in god, but i couldnt give a rats ass about the bible. i dont worship the bible, after all, i worship god. the bible, and any other religious text from almost ANY other religion, is merely a TOOL to help you understand the divine. it is a creation of man, even if it is divinely inspired, and it has not value in and of itself as a physical object. reducing the weight and number of pages of an individual book without ruining the text of it is really not a problem at all, and i can't see why it would be any more "sinful" than using any other kind of paper. the only thing i'd be worried about is that while its very thin paper, its still not meant to be smoked and it wouldnt be very healthy for you. seriously though, just buy a peice.
If you really want to insult God you should kill or rape or do some other despicable act to one of his living creations, even throwing your trash outside is more of an insult than using a bible page to roll a joint. In my opinion anyway.
I dont see smoking as wrong in any way, and have yet to find a passage in the bible that condemns pot. I think it brings people closer to their god actually. I also dont consider it wrong to roll joints from pages in the bible. It might be sacreligous by societal and organized religions standards, but their opinion isnt one I value much.
The only diggin' of the bible I'll be doing, is burying it. I've thought of rolling up a fatty with bible papers before, but there are better methods of smoking. I'm not a big fan of joints.
I rolled a joint outta pages from the bible... and I had a whole pack of rolling papers. I just wanted to say I did it. Fuck 'em, I don't even read the god damn thing. (oops, I referred to the bible as the god damn thing)
im not trying to be liek "holier then thou" kinda thing, but it does say somewhere in the bible against getting drunk, and a modern day thing could relate that to getting high, IMO
No one is without sin. There are far worse things you can do then smoke a little pot. Anyway, I think its the message that counts, not the paper their written on.
Well, He gave us dominion over all of creation. After the Flood, the first thing Noah did was plant a vineyard, make wine and get drunk. But his sons knew that it was shameful to see their father in that state, so they backed into the tent and when they covered him with their cloaks and never saw him. I'm still not sure what to make of the burning bush. It burned, but was not consumed. Does that mean its OK for pot to smoke, but not to smoke pot?
