Best psychedelic to "turn someone on"?

As most of us probably are, I am surrounded by friends who have never experimented with psychedelic drugs. However, many of them are very interested in trying them. Of course, I want to make the most of it, to show them all that's offered, so, I must ask: What do you think is the best psych to "turn someone on"? To show them the world of psychedelia in the truest sense?

Preferably an RC, of course, as this is posted in the Synthetic Drugs sub-forum. As great as many non-RCs can be (such as LSD), I'd prefer to go with a product that is more familiar to me and that is more reliable.

2c-i is generally considered to be the easiest most accessible of the psychedelic RCs I believe.

 

Well sorry to say but nothing beats LSD, and it's the most reliable

But short of that, some excellent RCs are 2C-B and 4-ACO-DMT. MDMA might be the easiest psychedelic all things considered.

 

LSD I can't comment on but I would've thought for a non users first time experience you would want something as simple as 2c-i or yeah 2c-b and MDMA.

2c-i most definitely much easier to get a hold of the the latter two though.

In my opinion I would never give anyone a tryptamine for their first time psychedelic experience. But that's just me. My first was AMT actually, but it was too long and I wasn't properly prepared.

cause it freaked me out and I have no idea what his friends are like, if they've never done drugs before surely they want something as easy as possible.

They are definitely people I'd say were just incompatible with drugs, and then some who I'd say would enjoy 2c, and fewer still who would want a typtamine trip like I had at 38mg 4-ho-mipt.

 

i agree with writer. LSD is the best and most reliable psychedelic. i've given a few people LSD for their initiation into psychedelia and they all loved it. there's little reason to start with something "easier."

but as far as RCs go, i'd say 2cb is an excellent choice as well. though that is probably about as easy to find as L.

my first RC was 2ce - generally not considered a beginner chem, but i was cool with starting off on it, though i had tried LSD and mushrooms several times before that

 

If 2c-i would have been my first psychedelic I would have been apprehensive to ever trip again. It kills my brain with a monster migrain. Not worth the effects imo. Mushrooms was my first with lsd falling close behind. I think it was a great introduction into the psychedelic world. That was a long time ago though, before I or anyone around knew about RCs. 2c-b would make a good first as well. I can't really say 4-aco-dmt bc as most of you know, it doesn't work for me but miprocin was nice and possibly a good starter. It really all depends on what the individual wants to experience. A fun party type psychedelic experience or a deeper more meaningful experience.

 

If you can get reliable, good, potent, legitimate LSD, I would say that.

Candyflipping is amazing, and it's hard to have a negative trip, because MDMA makes things so positive.

As far as legal RC's, I don't really know. For ILLEGAL RC's, 2C-B is great.

If they're sure they want to play around, and something that's not that "fun" won't turn them OFF, I would suggest a properly executed, intense salvia trip. It will break them through, force them to accept psychedelic thinking, and not hurt anything if it goes wrong because of how detached from reality is. I'd follow it a week later with LSD or a candyflip.

I started with DXM, it's a "gentle" intro, if you've smoked weed, dexed, and mixed the two, you've learned a lot of psychedelic feelings and started learning to accept and cope with them. But if they just want to see shit, that's the wrong route. And dexing too much is a good way to turn yourself into a veggie.

 

I don't want to be a downer, but, considering your recent experience, are you sure you want to be "turning on" friends?

FWIW, My first trip years ago was L. What Rooshack said of salvia, I believe holds true for L, however you're not talking 10 mins or so, you're talking hours. That can be a LONG time if things don't go well.

On the other hand...

I feel that's the wrong reason to trip, period. Just my opinion. I don't think it's a good idea to treat psyches as toys. Nothing wrong with some fun, but they shouldn't be taken lightly. As I'm sure you know now. Be safe.

I don't plan to use them as toys, but to help those around me to learn more about themselves. Also, I wouldn't just be giving this stuff out to anyone.

I would definitely prefer LSD, but it's REALLY dry around here, and it has been for quite some time.

I don't think salvia would be good for a first psychedelic experience. The person might then expect other psychs to be similar to salvia, and it might make them nervous about trying other psychs, which could lead to a negative experience.

I think psilocybin would probably be best. It was my first psych, and that first time remains my most memorable trip. As far as RCs, I haven't tried enough to comment. I will say that ~10mg 2C-E was the most easygoing, "friendliest" experience I have ever had with psychs.

 

Low dose 2CB I reckon. Or acid :sunny: 2CI has an uncomfortable body load IMO, even around the 15mg mark, I know two people who were completely 'turned off' by 2CI - one who will only take 2CB now (and NO other drugs lol, but I think she was silly for taking 30 mg, when I told her to go for 15-20 first time... Oh well.) and one who just won't touch psyches again, I think the whole thing was a little 'full on' for her... I enjoy 2CI but the stimulant effect kind ofannoys me after a while, but the visuals I experienced on it were mind blowing!

My first psychedelic experience was with shrooms. It was great. I have had mixed experiences with them though, they make me nauseous which aint cool while tripping your ass off... My second was salvia, then acid, then 2CB, then 2CI... I'm still a N00B lol

It's hard to find L if you dont know real trippers. It's everywhere honestly.

Someone said salvia, lol they should hand that shit out to kids at DARE class. They'd never touch drugs again.

 

i have to say for the purposes of giving a broad based opinion, if the first drug I tried was a tryptamine I doubt I'dve enjoyed it too much, at a higher dose anyway.

Anyway it's al specific to the individual and context, jus saying myself any many other I know took 2c-i or 2c-b as their first psychedelic and appreciated it.
