Just try and speak the best North-Eastern dialect you can and most ppl. will understand you - vocally, that is
yes if u want you can get by without it..but I suggest you to study it..you'd miss a lot of it..I mean it's about getting into the culture and the people of the city.. awesome picture...I'm recycling it...
