Beer and cheese

I think cheese is one of the best things that go along with beer. So I was wondering what everyone's favorite cheeses are? My favorites are Havarti and Brie, but right now I am eating a sharp Provolone with some Saranac Black Forest Schwarzbier.

 

Brie is my favorite. I need to pick some up next time I go to the store.

i love me some sharp cheddar from Cabot...actually, i enjoy most of Cabots offerings

Oh man, I totally ate a giant chunk of feta cheese last night.

I like all cheese. Goat cheese, havarti, smoked gouda, fresh edam, farmer's cheese, cheese curds, la vache qui rit, ricotta, cottage cheese... I like all cheese.

i love camenbert and brie, chauvre, provolone, and i just got this really good cheese called dubliner imported from ireland. i also like colby cheese, and brie baked with brown sugar on top is to die for...
basically i just love me some fucking cheez

I love provolone, smoked swiss, white cheddar, marscapone, ricotta, camembert, the list goes on and on. I just love cheese, period.

 

Do you guys ever fry provolone? Mmmm.

I love the square cheese the kind you have to unwrap. Oh god those are fucking good.

I bring about 5 kilo of this stuff back with me when I got to Scotland.

 

gorgonzola, havarti, parmesan, sharp cheddar, just about every goat cheese offering i've ever tried. i especially love to eat those with come cranberries or something. so good.

 

I like mild cheese, like edam or mozzarella, we always have those in the fridge. Manchego is really tasty as well but I rarely buy it.

 

mmmmm. i have the hardest time finding manchego to put on my pinto beans. sucks.
