go for the showing of the belly with a bikini!!!

I am tired of them trying to dress us preggo mamas up like we have some sort of disease. I have embraced this pregnancy and am wearing all kinds of belly hugging and showing clothing. I am currently 8.5 months now and loving all the looks that people give me. LOL

Yes I am pregnant SO WHAT!!! Deal with it. Hey this is how you got here. LOL

Aw I know it must be annoying, but I like to think that people do this because of some ingrained communal custom that we are not even aware of; it just comes naturally. Either that, or people are just pervs with no sense of personal space. :p

Umm... I think there is no reason to hide the lovely belly but sun's rays. You know they are not good for foetus. My friend's sister was 4 months pregnant last summer and she decided to stay in town because of hot sun.
Of course it would be great if you wear freely in the summer but please be careful with sun rays.
    Love,

5 days to go on your baby meter!?!?!?! Gosh, you must be READY (edit: in fact, noticing the date, you must have a new baby by now or are having it.[IMG])

if you're comfortable wearing a bikini than by all means, you should. My son was due in august, of the hottest summer known to man, of course. I finally broke down and bought myself a maternity bathing suit. I opted for the one-piece, which was the first one-piece i think i ever owned. It wasn't that i felt diseased or ashamed, just that for one thing, i had some stretch marks, and for another thing, my normally "innie" belly button had become an "outtie" and it was very sensitive. Oh yes, and my boobs were huge, and i didn't want any public accidents! The bathing suit was adorable (and big) and ended up being passed on to my good friend the following summer. It's probably still floating around the local pregnant community :)
