    Hi all

I thought that this is an interesting article from the British press about running barefoot and its health implications. It would be interesting to see your opinions on this.

Of course, I am all for it!

    Keep em dirty

I don't like exercising, like jogging or lifting weights. It's boring. Any suggestions?

Well, I've thought about jogging barefoot, just to try it. Maybe if I get motivated when the weather gets warmer, I'll give it a whirl.

Guess I'm not an athletic person. Yeah, I actually needed suggestions on what to do for exercise. Thanks for the input.

Well, actually, when the snow disappears, maybe I'll take up hiking. Swimming sounds good too.
