Barefoot Chores

Discussion in 'Barefoot' started by Deleted member 159087, Aug 13, 2012.

  1. Just the regular---food shopping, picking up the kids, hardware store, dragging the dry cleaning, gardening, etc. I find I do more barefoot because I LOVE TO GO BAREFOOT, so I want to do more stuff because I'm barefoot. Anybody else fall into this nice trap?

I would love to go more places and do more stuff BF, but unfortunately finances sort of limit it.

But I do get the weekly groceries BF every time!

  3. Market floors are some of the BEST BF surfaces!

Have you ever been hassled by store employees because you were barefoot?

  5. A few times (when I was visibly barefoot), so I use BF sandals to avoid the "evil eye." Many others, however, report no fuss whatever. Depends on YOUR store in YOUR neighborhood in YOUR state in YOUR country.....

I really get what you mean. Some part of your mind just wants any excuse to go out barefoot - it's so comfortable and liberating, it's irresitable!

I can NOT stand shoes! If I had it my way I would go shopping at Walmart barefoot. I have some Crocs that I wear when shoes are required but all other times I dont even have socks on. Matter of fact I own one pair of socks and thats just in case I need shoes LOL. I cant even comfortably drive with shoes on. I cant feel the pedal or judge the distance Im pushing it unless I am barefoot.

I don't much care for yard work, put puttering around the yard barefoot makes it tolerable. Between new-cut grass and the dust and dirt on my garage floor, I get a nice look on the soles of my feet.
