so i finally got images done of my lower back, and i dont really understand the report, the dr briefly said that i have 3 bulging discs and that it most likely wont get better, but after reading the report which he didnt have because it wasnt ready as i found out after the dr visit. i was hoping that people with back problems could maybe check out the report and see if anything rings a bell or i they have been diagnosed the same.......here is the mri report below, and thanks in advance for looking!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, I can't actually answer your questions, but I can give you ideas on what to ask the doc. Spondylosis Ask if the doc thinks the bulging discs will worsen, of if they are at a point where they can be in stasis for several years. Ask what impacts your muscles might have over time. Are you able to have massage in any form? Will you need to gain/maintain healthy weight? Could lordosis set in? (lordosis is a spinal curve in the lower thoracic and lumbar areas that moves the belly forward. Swayback.) I'd seriously consider talking with an osteopath and a physical therapist. They will potentially save you years of pain and thousands of dollars in health care costs.
Look up Larimer and Moseley on U tube with their Explain pain videos. Understanding pain, will give you a better idea of how to handle your back. I have three inwardly prolapsed discs is very bad at times and inoperable, But for the most part getting back to being able to work full time.
