My oldest only fit into 0-3 for a month, and my youngest is 2 1/2 months old and she will probably be in 0-3 until she is at least 3 months but she already fits into some 3-6. It all depends on the size of the baby.
not long at all. I have 5 kidos. They were all pretty fast growers. And a never really used alot of 0-3 actualy clothing. Try to get a few of each size. I oftern used baby gowns when they really small, much easier to change a diaper. In the first few months i also liked a button down sleeper suit. Try to look for cotton and stretchy you will get much more life out of them.
I think Adrienne was in 0-3 until she was 4 months old, but she was small and didn't grow quickly when she was younger (food problems). She has now caught up, though. She's 19 months old, and wears anywhere between 12mo-2T clothes. It really depends on the clothes.
Leane had to wear 3 mo clothes when we brought her home cuz she was too big for the newborn stuff. She was probably in them for about 2 months or so, but they were still pretty snug on her. Don't forget that babies grown REALLY fast in the beginning and then gradually slow down. My best advice would be to use primarily sleepers with a couple cute outfits on hand for the first few months. They're cheap, comfortable, easy to dress, convenient, and you're not going to weep when you realize that your baby can't fit into them after a couple months like you would with more expensive clothes. On average, until the first year, babies can wear a certain size of clothing for anywhere between 2-4 months. Leane was always way ahead of her clothing sizes. I had to put her in 6 month clothes when she was 3 months, 9 month clothes when she was 6 months and 12 month clothes when she was 9 months. Now that she's about 14 months old, she's evened out a bit and it able to wear the same clothes for a longer amount of time. Save the really cute outfits for when baby is older. It really is sad to see them go when you realize that you really had no chance to ever use them! lol
Moire fit into hers for her first 3 months. But every babe is different. Don't buy too many cute clothing in each size. More often than not, I found I put Moire in utility clothing like a simple onesie, often re-using the same outfit more often than actually putting the cute clothes on her!
Alexis couldn't even fit them when I brought her home from the hospital. She was too small. Now, at two months, she's filling them out nicely, but they're still kinda big. I think she'll make it to three months. My suggestion, don't buy any yourself. Unless you find something that's just too cute to pass up. I bought her whole 0-3 months wardrobe and ended up getting enough 0-3 months clothes at my baby shower for like 3 more babies. Get a few preemie outfits and some newborn or just born outfits and onesies, though. You may have a tiny baby.
0-3 months is now tight on my baby and she is 5 weeks old. I give her another week or two and she'll be out of them. She was 7-13 at birth and is probably close to 10 pounds now (loves her mama's milk )
my daughter wore them for a while,my son never fit into most of them. He was 8lb something oz and he was over 22 inches long.
It depends on the child. My biggest baby, Moon, (Now 18) only wore newborn clothes for about 2 weeks. She was a big baby. My youngest baby, Sage (now age 7) wore them until about 5 or 6 months, the dresses even longer, as she came home from the hospital, a bordeline preterm baby, at only 5 lbs and a a few oz. She was 17 inches long Every baby is different. My two other kids, damn, I can't remember, I do remember they never fit the width of the clothes and outgrew the length first. Slim, long kids, those two. (Except when they had that "two to seven month chub" that breastfed babies who don't crawl yet get.)
