You have someone read it.... that's the simplest answer. It's what you get from knowing the color of your aura that's important. And the color of the aura has the ability to change, I've heard. Not sure.... sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Who invented auras? How do we know they're even there? What evidence is there for such a phenomena? Just something to consider before we start jumping all over the aura concept.
Well, I would assume since they are a part of us... the spiritual side of us, then whatever god you believe in is who 'invented' them. There are people who can see auras.... try disproving to them that whatever they see is some kind of strange anomally. I'm sure they would not accept the concept that that it's not real. I do appreciate that fact that you brought up questions though. But I don't know that you will ever receive the 'proof' you need when it comes to psychic/paranormal/spiritual phenomenon. I hope you do come away with something though.
Yeal is a difficult case, I don't quite understand his position. He's already been given proof and the answers lie right in front of him, he just refuses to accept such a thing. It's alright though, I know MANY people who are afraid of the truth, even though they've been given undeniable proof. Not everyone is ready for such a thing, although Yeal is on the boarder, hopefully soon, he'll realize.
I suppose I need to find someone who can read auras then. I think mine would probably be blue but I would like to know for sure.
The 'aura', the way i understand it, is radiant energy being emitted through your chakras. chakras are points or sources of energy that (when healthy) move in a circular motion in various places in your body. (head, throat, chest, groin etc. The aura will change color and intensity depending on the vibrational frequency of your various chakras. that's just a textbook description but should cover it for our purposes. we know they are there because they are visible to some and with practice you can train yourself to see and feel it in yourself and others. (my wife has an amazing gift for this) Ain't energy cool? there is a plethora of info available in this subject. i reccomend starting with the eastern relegions (hindu, budha, krisna etc). there are also quite a few 'new age' authers writting about it if you're into that kinda thing. much love & peace.

These are all just theories. What you just wrote was a summary of what I would find if I googled "Aura". See, there's no real evidence for auras whatsoever. If there was a shred of evidence that sudggested that auras were real, scientists would be all over them. (I don't count a scientist as someone with an obsessive devotion to "discovering" auras who is trying to prove to himself his life's work was worth it) There would be a plethora of knowledge and mysteries from the aura, and like I said, scientists would be all over them. Auras aren't real. Sorry. :-/

Each individual aura also embraces emotions, memories and information that intertwines with the energy body, and the elemental body. Science is also finding when a natural rhythm is balanced healing of the individual happens. Many Massage Therpist use Reki, and energy healing. An Aura embraces color as well as textures. Much information is available concerning Psychic ability. Here too there are many sides to this awareness. Websters dictionary defines Psychic ability as, {outside of natural or scientific knowledge, spiritual, or pertaining to some non physical force or phenomena} Because someone does not see auras, or develope their psychic ability, does not mean these things are not real. Not exactly...not chaos, but rather equilibrium - differences in pressure, temperature, density, and whatever even out over time. That is, if we assume that the universe is a closed system. The second law of thermodynamics applies only to closed systems. But if the universe is a closed system, where did all this stuff come from to begin with? By the way, an interesting mental exercise is to explain the increasing complexity of life over time in contrast to the second law of thermodynamics...think about it.
well, if the 2nd law only deals with energy, it would have no bearing on evolution b/c an organism has to constantly take in more energy (food). what happens if you dont eat?
Ever since you posted the forum guidlines I have been very careful about what I've said. This is the psychic forum, so the psychic phenomena should be discussed. I haven't personally attacked anyone since you stickied your post, and apologized for doing so in the past. I won't lie, I enjoy arguing with people who I believe to be lying. I could be totally wrong, but until I see substantial evidence for the psychic phenomena I just cannot believe in it. I would really appreciate it if you could show me these aura pictures. Most likely it's body heat, which everyone has. There is energy radiating from everyone, were living creatures, it's nothing special. Old Crone, I respect you as a moderator and as someone with a good head on their shoulders, but (I want to say this as politely as you can) I just think you should rethink the whole psychic thing. That's all, no hostility involved. If you wish to get into a discussion, so be it. Your last post kind of provoked one.
Yeal First Read the book The Unseen Self by Brian Snellgrove as I mentioned earlier for a start. There are pictures included. Also heat energy is different than an Aura. Second There is a differance between Discussion, and Being argumentive. I have no wish to argue. Third, we each are responsable for the choices, and beliefs we have. If you do not choose to believe in psychic awareness, or auras, nothing said will make a differance. You might want to find another forum with a subject that you have an interest in so you can intellectually with understanding Discuss the subject.
My Reiki Master had opened me to 2nd degree Reiki and as I watched her open her own mother to 2nd degree , I saw purple around Reiki Masters hands. I've seen this only once before, around my own hands, buy no matter how hard I try, I haven't been able to do this again. I take it this was aura.
