Our mayor of London who thinks that 20mph is fast enough to drive would get my vote.
It is a bit disconcerting to drive in a car capable of 140mph and being overtaken by cyclists.

 

Was he the one who charged people just to drive into London? That was one of the first places to do that.

 

We were paying £12 a day to park on our own driveway, more than we spend on food. Jane and I now share a car, fortunately both our daughters own cars, so we manage OK.
We have now changed our car, a completely unnecessary expense, since we normally changed them after about 20 years or 300,000 miles. I did all our routine servicing and in 57 years driving, on occasions 30,000 miles a year, I have never broken down.
In return for all this, during the last 3 months, our mayor has provided our area with 3 beautiful firework displays, compliments of his new electric busses.
A cartoon in our local paper a few weeks ago showed a hearse. The sign on the front said, "100% electric for longer life". The rear read, "Free cremation".

 

My vote goes to Kamala Harris.

I can't figure out how some of these assholes can say some of the shit they say . Do they really believe their callous bullshit? What's in it for them? Are they being paid to come in here and act clueless / stupid? Do they have no pride at all? Can they read?
