Ash Ra Tempel

Damn, does anyone know this band.. it is intense trippyness. songs of up to 20 minutes that take you on cosmic rides... (its not electronic band).. Its AMAZING! Its kinda like a progressive/psychedelic space rock band.

Its super neat.. I love their album Shcwingungen and Seven-Up and Starring Rosi.

Anyone know them? if not, CHECK EM OUT!!!

Yeah Schwingungen and the s/t debut are pure class, although I find Seven-Up the one with Timothy Leary on board to be quite poor although alot of other people seem to rate it.
If you like these albums then The Cosmic Jokers albums and Walter Wegmuller's Tarot album are totally essential

 

I've heard them, and while I can't deny the great instrumental work, I don't really enjoy it all that much. It just gets boring for me, I guess.
