as long as you had your disclaimer posted on the door to your buisness, or front page of your website, then you should be covered. there are many hookah bars for tabacco smoking in the states, and there are many who practice native american traditions which use herbal mixtures. if that is not prevelant in your comunity, then you can claim to be ahead of your competion in the resurgence of these trends.
