I just read that some people have been getting arrested for ordering powdered MHRB online. Everything I have read says it isn't a problem. Has anyone heard of this?
I've never heard of it. Mimosa Hostilis is completely legal in the US. It's just a precursor to DMT. So maybe they had strong suspicion that they were going to actually use it to extract DMT and then they arrested them.
It's illegal to ingest or Process DMT, so conspiracy to ingest or Process DMT is also a crime. So anything else, from a question to a jar to a chemical, to a pipe to a straw etc., in the suspects possesion (or even if the suspect has only attempted to acquire it) that can be linked to the planed processesing or use of DMT in the future along with the attempt to place the order constitutes conspiracy, ESPECIALLY if the suspect had one and ESPECIALLY ESPECIALLY if there were 2 accomplices. We you order an ethnobotanical containing a known illegal chemical, you must do it alone and of it's self, with every intent of NOT ingesting it (I SWEAR TO GOD IT WAS INCENSE!). Best bet- don't get noticed and don't tell anyone else when you order.
Being a loner in these matters is best. They do have to prove you committed a crime and if there are no witnesses and you don't open your big mouth it's hard to prove anything.
As long as you are saying its being used for the purpose its sold for then I dont see the problem unless perhaps they have been watching you and you have made DMT in the past that they are aware of. Its like any shop. No these pipes are not for illegal substances, there just seems to be a lot of kids smoking tobacco out of psychedelic looking pipes these days
