Are Tattoos Sexy?

I have gotten a couple negative responses about my tats on another thread so...

 

tattoos are in no way sexy.

they are not necessarily unsexy either, but there is certainly nothing inherently sexy about them.

 

I don't get the whole tattoo/piercing thing.

they aren't really a turn off.. but they are pretty unnecessary.

 

Tattoos that are well-done are incredibly sexy. Mis-spelled ones, or generic flash, is ugly and a turn-off.

 

Yes I can go either way. My wife has some and she's sexy as can be.

 

Tattoos turn me off. Putting a tattoo on an already beautiful female body is like painting a tree. Still, I don't know why my opinion should matter.

Agreed, most do.

I like subtle. Maybe one on an ankle or something.

The cliche one is the "tramp stamp".

Most of the time it is done to be trendy or "different" or rebellious.

ink can be sexy, i have some good tattoos and i have some pretty bad ones (the bad ones have good memories so i can not complain too much about them). i am learning to tattoo so i guess i am biased................
