I just found out I am unable to get to the April 29 (saturday!) protest in NYC so I am trying to help out by telling everyone to go! They are calling it a march for Peace, Freedom, and Democracy (i think-right?) and it kicks off 12 noon until 1, then activities and stuff until 6. It's all about getting out of Iraq, and all kinds of environmental and social action groups are going. Get the word out!
It's in union square. you can get there by most subway trains. (A, E, C, 4, 5, N, R plus others.) I can't make it either. I'll be out of town that day
