Cause i have 14 year old friends. the fact that i dont do anything sexual with them in anyway, seems to have escaped the person who's labeled me as a pedos', attention. It seems i must be a pedo because i talk to them and give them advice when they ask me for it. i mean to my knowledge a pedo is someone who molests young kids, or who has sex with them, or even just has sexual thoughts about them, and to my knowledge i am innocent of every single one of those crimes. but apparently i am a pedo for showing my face on camera for a 14 year old over the net, and while showing my face may be cruel and unusual torture i doubt my head is sexual. its doubtfull if the slanderer will read this, and i'm not going to write her screen name here, i just thought it would be good to rant a little and tell you what i am apparantly.
My best friend had a phonecall from the police one time due to somebody taking offense to an offcolour joke he said in the pub. Everyone he was with laughed at the time, but one of 'em that he didn't know well actually phoned the police because of this. Once he had explained the policeman said "Not to worry sir, i quite understand. Some people's sense of humour isn't as developed as others, he probably hasn't had the benefit of a university education". It was left at that. People who are stupid should be put in prison

Count ME in too then. I've given advice and helped young people on these forums for years. It doesn't bother me, because at least one life may have been saved. People can say what they like about me. I don't care. I know the truth.

indeed their argument made no sense, but she wouldnt listen to me and just ignored me side of the argument, which as far as i can see is percetly legit as well as moral, i have talked a couple of them out of doing stupid things, and the only advice i give them is about stuff they dont want to talk about with their parents, specially drugs, some parents think you must be taking them to ask about them.
never stop giving love and support to the kids out there. just cause SOME people think that loving a kid might be something obscene, just showing general love and compassion like you would any human being is not something to be afraid of. there are a bunch of "kids" on here that need someone older to guide them on things or give them advice. it's not obscene to befriend someone and care about their well being.
