    hey,
I am considering and am looking into flights now, but kinda pricy. I would like to go but maybe wouldn't really like to go alone. I would check out other rainbow sights and you bound to talk to more people about the gathering. pm me

I will probably be in Southeast Asia at that time. Never been to a Rainbow Gathering, but I keep reading about those everywhere on the fora. Where exactly in Thailand is it?

I might just drop by to see what it is all about and celebrate with y'all.

World Gathering in Thailand. Seed camp starts New moon 22 October 2006 (yes, a 2 month seed-camp with a vision of rainbow gardening). Scouts are called to meet in Ayutthaya (an hour north of Bangkok) for the Full moon 15th December 2005 (yes a year of scouting). For more information, visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/thaicaravan from there you an join the group and read and post messages.

You get a 1 month visa on arrival in Thailand. For renewal just go to either Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos or Malaysia and voila, another visa for a month in Thailand when you re-enter.

That or just apply for a 6-month visa.

I might be in Thailand (or Cambodia, or Vietnam) around December.... but it won't be for the rainbow gathering.

Yes you can, lots of nationalities get a 3-month visa on arrival in Malaysia. Free one that is.

    Hi friends,

I am going to TL for Rainbow from Australia. I'm lucky enough to be going to SE Asia for free with work, so I'll just hop over to TL for a week or two.

Any other Aussies on this forum going??

    Seeya,

    - AussiePhil (Melbourne)
