I take one or two of these sumtimes. Its nice, but Its a hard feeling to describe. Ive heard its related to the Benzo family. Can anybody with experience expand on ambien?
I've only take zolpidem a few times, and it's always been the immediate release pills. I've loved it everytime though. It seems like it had more visual effects when I took lower doses though, which is strange. I took 20mg and my ex-girlfriend's dad appeared to have two heads, but when I took 60mg of zolpidem with 4-5mg of alprazolam and 75mg of temazepam, there were no visual effects, whatsoever. Zolpidem is very much like a benzo though, in it's effects, and I enjoyed it very much. The only problem I had with it was the fact that the effects didn't last very long. Of course, like I said, I have only had the immediate release formula.
Yea, I've heard people say ambien is fuckin awesome, and some will say its an overrated placebo. In my personal experience is does induce some nice visual effects, mainly making things hazy and wavy. It does make you tired as shit though, and if you fight it it gives you sort of a body high i guess. I've heard its the strongest sleep aid on the market thats why its so hard to get prescriped
Well i take 2 or 3 at a time, with a slip of fentanyl so im sure that has sumthin to do with it. My opiode tolerance is through the roof
If you fight ambien and stay awake it essentially puts your brain to sleep while your body is still functioning..this is what causes the hallucingenic visuals...your brain basically lapses into your rem state while you're still awake. ambien is no joke, I wouldnt recommend it
Ambien can make you really social, and you may find yourself calling, texting, emailing stuff you wouldn't normally. Also it can cause food cravings. Ice cream especially.
I have a bit of experience with zopiclone (almost identical to ambien in effects) and hated it - from taking 35 mg I had the worst blackout ever, and lower doses weren`t fun.
I've had eszopiclone (brand name Lunesta) and it is nasty. Doesn't feel nearly the same as ambien and leaves a really bad taste in your mouth well into the next day. I don't know if Eszopiclone and zoplicone are the same but for me the effcts are very different from Zolpidem.
I found ambien to be fun at very high doses. Thought it had very interesting effects. If I did it outside of my house though I'd make sure to not have anything on me I didn't mind losing.
I heard this a few years ago when I was in the Air Force. I had some friends who were linguists and they said the flight doctors basically gave them Ambien by the handful when they were deployed to ease the time zone transition and long & irregular hours once in theater. Ofc, they abused it.
