i think i look stupid with lipstick!!!!!

 

I've never worn lipstick in public in my life... and I've only tried it on once. It felt disgusting.

I think I am just really bad at applying and picking out makeup. Not to mention that it is hard to find makeup that isn't tested on animals and full of chemicals.

Wow, I am feeling in a preachy mood today I think, I will have to knock that off.

I like Revlon Moondrops. When I'm feeling evil.

 

I use Lancome as it stays on and the shade I like is Rendez-Vous. I always wear lipstick if going out.

I look stupid in lipstick as well and it feels like I have shit caked on my lips, but to each his or her own.

 

I have never been able to wear lipstick. Makes my lips stick together and I'm constantly licking them because of that. Plus, I have an awful oral fixation so it wouldn't last anyway. I wear Carmex 24/7 though. Constantly reapplying.

I feel like my lips are too thin for lipstick.
The closest thing I have to lipstick is burts bees lip tint stuff.

 

if I was to buy any , they would be from rite aid, cvs, .. mostly gothic purples..



Creme de la Femme lipstick is a pinky purple shade with gold warmth in it. It has a slight shimmer, since it is a frost finish, but not overly so.
Capricious lipstick is a plummy shade with just a touch of rose to make it interesting.
Up the Amp lipstick is a creamy, opaque purple with a bit of reddish-violet tones to it. This is a shade not for the faint of heart. It isn’t a light or lilac-y purple by any means!

Rebel lipstick is a dark, vampy purple shade with a smooth, creamy finish. Works really well with Vino lip liner!
Hang Up lipstick is a dark, creamy burgundy-purple that’s extremely pigmented and dramatic when worn.
Plumful lipstick is a sheer, lightly rose-tinged plummy shade. It’s runs a little warmer than cool for a plum shade, too.

 

I love colors like that, I'm not gothic-y enough to wear it, though haha.

Why do you like rite aid/cvs so much? You're always talking about those stores haha.

 

eh' wallgreens is a walmart - i no use them, there are no other drug stores are there? and im alot closer to cvs/rite aids.. I could walk to rite aid in 15min .. ride on my bike down hill 3 minutes.

no lipstick here. i do wear dark plums and shades of brown lip color and light glosses though from time to time

 

I also use blistex

 

avon and others have lip plumpers, creams that take out lines and stuff, add moisture.. They are really good impo for the extreme hot/cold weather and ..though they are more expensive than cashier line lip protection, they last longer and some are more tasteless than others.. and a few taste like blistex. wtf? haha. lol..
