I plan on getting a ferret real soon. I shouldnt say "owners", because he wont be my slave....rather my buddy.

Any advice for raising and sharing your room with a ferret?

I have a ferret. If you need any info feel free to email me. Ferrets are a lot of care and can be expensive (vet bill wise). They are a lot of care too.

yeah, ferrets are a lot of work! They are nice though, mine loved to cuddle, I would always watch movies with her.

Heh heh, you'll have a kitten that never grows up on your hands! That's how i think of ferrets :D . Make sure you just stimulate him/her loads and train them well.. I think ferrets are good in a pair - like two sisters or something, that'll keep them company if ever you're away.

I could only get one ferret so I just let it run around with my cat...I got them around the same time...they grew up together, and actually liked one another quite a bit. It probally wasn't the right thing to do...but no one got hurt so...I guess it was all good...lol It was easier to let a ferret run around the house than I thought...I figured itd be hard to train.
