It might be interesting to find out just how easy or not it is for people to appear barefoot in public (outside the home, neighborhood, stores, etc.)
I voted for what appears to be the least anxiety-ridden of the options, although it's not that I don't notice other people. I've just got to the point that I'm comfortable and confident and other people's reactions don't make me anxious.
feels great, but when I do shopping barefoot, I go for a drive so that I don't run into anyone I know. But when I am in a different town shopping barefoot, I try not to even pay attention or look at anyone else. I rarely if ever have anyone say anything to me
I hardly ever go outside barefoot, my feet are to sensitive, I can't even walk across a parking lot without taking like 20 minutes. lol
last year and now i've been getting fairly fearless. having gotten laid off and following nospam's throw shoes out lead i am getting totally over thinking should i or not, cause i have no basic choice. like he said if i'm going somewhere it is gonna be barefoot, nothing to fall back on. and yes my feet are even tougher and dirtier....hmmm, gotta ask him about that...
I find public opinion is generally supportive up here, but it would not stop me if it were'nt. Unless it meant getting into fights or being arrested for it...
