so i'm in Dallas going to school now, and i hear about this really cool store downtown. it's called Retro Revolution and it was the GREATEST place i've been to in a long time! about 80% of the clothing in there was handmade out of some kind of organic fabric...twas GREAT!

that....

and almost EVERY hat in there was a dreadlock hat..no joke..every one was! in fact, the guy that worked there had dreads too^^

so i found a hat...one i've kinda been looking for. it's handmade out of corduroy and was only 13$!!!

so yeah..i'm happy^^

uummm..yeah...i just mapquested some directions, but here's the addy..

5000 Greenville Ave
Dallas, TX 75206

when you're actually on the road, most of the other stores are right up against the sidewalk/curb, but this place is set farther back. it's definately a hippie shop...lol. they have a BUNCH of hookahs and stuff in the back too..pretty neat place

since this is a new hat thread...
i made this hat today out of boredom, hoping to make a home for my future dreads. it was supposed to be a tam but turned out to be a beanie, oh well!

Here's one of my latest hats. Perfect for dreadies. I'll have to start selling them on etsy soon! Made one last night in the same design in work colours that I'll wear today, my boss will love it!!!!

the yarn on the brim is 2 strands put together to make it thicker, stronger, so it stays in place better.
