Whenever the sky was like this, my mom always used to tell me "The angels are baking cookies". Of course I never believed it, but I've always found the sky mesmerizing when it is like this regardless, it's so beautiful. I took these pics a few years ago. I always feel like God paints the sky just for His children to enjoy.
i think that's awesome that your mom told you that. those are the kinds of things i say to my kids too. I'm totally gonna use that one. Thanks! God talks to me through the sky too. I especially feel blessed when the moon is big and pale yellow.
