    Hey guys!

Sorry to post yet another of these posts, but I would really like to get smth like final assurance that I'm going to be okay.

So the thing is me and my gf had sex today for the first time. The very first for me, I don't know which for her, surely not the first. And before that, during foreplay already I managed to come twice and well the sex was just pointless. I came just like max 10 seconds after I entered. I was disappointed, she said it's the most natural thing in the world and stuff. I guess it might be, but really.. that quickly?
I really like my girlfriend both physically and emotionally and I really don't want this to fuck things up between the 2 of us. So whatever I have to do, I'm willing to do it, I just want to be able to last at least 15 mins.

Sorry if this is all stupid and stuff, but I'm really quite worried, even though everyone's telling me not to be.
    I'm in love with her.

hey buddy, it's not about how long you last.
and it isn't a stupid question

during foreplay try to focus on her.
you'll be laying together or whatever it is you do, so just try not to think about how she makes you feel. maybe think about something that turns you off.
(it might not make a difference, but it helps my BF last longer. three years of sex and he'll still get off in five minutes if i let him)
It will be hard not to be horny with the women you love squirming under your fingertips
and it will be hard not to think about blowing all over her but try to focus on what makes her squirm. and don't be afraid to ask what she wants.
Do what she asks, get her off manually first and then go for the gusto. you will both be happy and satisfied.

just remember a woman is finicky, it takes her a lot longer to get off than it does for a man.
the more you practice the longer you'll last
    just have fun

Still.. 10 secs is just ridiculous. So would you say this is going to improve or should I like do all these exercises that you can find on the web? Considering it was my first time. I just really need to get some sort of clearer view on this stuff.

Should you do exercises off the net? HELL NO, it was your first time, yes 10 secs is VERY quick, but that doesn't mean you wont improve as you become use to sex, just enjoy it and try to relax your girl friend sounds very understanding.

You did fine. Getting off 3 times in 30 minutes or so is not a bad thing. The deal is, you need to try and get her off before you even have intercourse. Lick that clit and find that G spot.

    WIKI:
The Gräfenberg spot, or G-spot, is a small area in women behind the pubic bone surrounding the urethra and accessible through the anterior wall of the vagina. It is putatively an erogenous zone that when stimulated leads to high levels of sexual arousal and powerful orgasms.[1]

There is a great deal of dispute about the reality of the G-spot in the scientific community. Most of the strong support for the claim comes from books aimed at a popular audience.[2]

Try using one finger in a type of 'come here' motion about 2 inches inside of her, basically right about where the clit is located, but on the inside. Do some research as I suck at explaining this stuff.

Also you might want to 'empty the chamber' on your own, a few hours before you have sex.

My suggestions.... First, masturbate a few hours before u see her...that will relieve some of the pressure. Second, concentrate on giving her an orgasm before you ever enter her. I think the best way is going down on her. Take ur time......kiss and touch slowly......Everywhere. The longer u take with her means the longer u are hard. The longer you stay hard means it will take u longer to cum. If u get to where you have pre-cum, that a good sign. I have found if i have pre-cum it usually releases a little bit of pressure which again will make me last longer. Hope this helps!

Have fun......enjoy and don't worry about it!!

    Just a couple of thoughts,

    1) Relax, don't worry, you'll be fine. (yeah, "don't worry" how to do that?)

    2) the sexual "targets" the porn industry sets for men are unreasonable. A 15 minute goal...Can you hold the push-up position for 15 minutes?

    3) it is easier to learn cunillingus than to learn to control your orgasm.
