    few questions before i begin.

    -How much should 10x cost?
    does it matter where i live?

    -Is it okay to store it if I don't want to smoke it yet?
    (for a few weeks-month(s)).

    Use google search salvia 10x. It's fine to store salvia for a couple years. That's the longest I've ever seen it stored for.
