You brought one post in which the only thing said in that post was that you made something up. And that is what you call rage? You're a sensitive soul; even emotional I'd say. Got any more alleged examples of this rage you speak of?

Yes you did say that the AR-15 is a favorite weapon of mass murderers. I reminded you that handguns are used in way more mass murders than the AR-15 rifle, and told you that your focus on only the rifle exposes your bias against AR-15 rifles. And your articles contained nothing that showed otherwise.

Also, it is their "GOD" given right to own guns and shoot at and kill anything they want.....

Hold your bible in one hand and gun in another...why don't you.

    Speak about mentally ill.

There you go again. Everyone who owns a gun is weak. Did you know that Meagain owns a gun?

Trump sold his soul to the NRA...there won't be any gun control.

like my mom always said..."if they had a conscience, it would bother them."

    but they don't.

And what about you? You know what's in the mind of all gun owners. Must be cool to be all-knowing.

They don't at all. Their own toy fetish is the only thing that matters to the terrorist NRA members and the terrorist NRA leadership only cares about gun control. The rest is internal justification of their own weakness

Sometimes, holding a mirror up to someone has the same effect as holding a crucifix up to a vampire.

No, it was your numerous posts on this thread after that on the same issue, arguing that I was saying AR-15s were "the" favorite weapon, etc. I have no desire to revisit our exchange of over a year ago over conspiracy theories, Obama, the Federal Reserve, etc.that went on for months. As for AR-15s, what is your attachment to that particular weapon that makes you so defensive about it? I'd be happy to broaden control efforts to include other weapons if they are more dangerous or equally dangerous. But so far, I haven't seen any response at all about what you'd do to address the problem of gun violence--except to try to minimize it and change the subject.

His identity is attached to guns. He can't resolve (or even recognize) the cognitive dissonance so he minimizes the violence and willfully obfuscates the issue.

Yes, and as I have just shown you, you're incapable of producing those posts in this thread that qualify as being full of rage. Didn't I tell you that you'd fail to do so? Yes I did.

And now you're interpreting my pointing out how way more handguns are used in mass shooting--and murder in general--than rifles are as being defensive. Do you understand how debate works. If I see emotional bias, I'll probably point it out. You needn't become defensive about that. It's just the way it works.

No it's not. You just need to believe that so that you can continue being a stereotypical stereotyper.

If I accidentally caused anyone's eye to be shot out, I would not worry about owning guns...i can tell you that much.
I would have a hard time living with myself.

That's because you don't need the gun to feel strong.

You'll get the "we tried that before" argument, conveniently ignoring the fact that times are different, the players are different the world is different not to mention the legislation will be different. They will cling to any emotional arguments to hold on to the toys that allow them to feel like men.

It becomes apparent in the last couple of pages again how this thread got to over 70 pages. Namely because of a refusal of anti gun control nuts to accept the fact american society need to improve their gun control and how they handle that position in discussion.
Main point is they act because the effect of a proposed improvement is not certain it should not be tried to implement (even not for a temporary period). They do this with every idea. It's not a really good argument. It only makes clear they find no change in control is better than trying to decrease mass and school shootings.
The fact is no effect of a new law, rule or even a new way of enforcing is certain before its been tried. Its simply ridiculous to hold that position in earnest while acting like you also really care about this pointless loss of life (more than about a restriction on certain guns). Just be honest and say all these needless deaths and abrupt stops of other peoples life are worth it for you.

Seems you quoted the wrong person. It looks like you ment to quote machinist.

You're repeating yourself. Neither of that renders the argument for improved gun control useless. Its still needed in order to decrease mass and school shootings drastically. It really seems you're not concerned about that.
If you are more concerned about the ladder problem and want to adress that with an in depth discussion its better to make a separate thread for it ;)

The ladders argument is insane and you’re tidally right. No one believes there is one and only one magic solution. What people who care about children more than their isn needs recognize is gun control needs to be part of the discussion. Sad so many who are dead set against any gun control can’t just me honest about their selfish weaknesses
