hell yeah babe! it's okay to do things in moderation... moderation has been hard for me in lots of ways throughout my life. but anyways... it's so great to take care of yourself... your mind, body and soul.

    it's a wonderful feeling! :)

LOL! I wish I knew what "moderation" was from the age of 14 to 26. Lots of brain cells burnt during that time. LOL!.....................

    hehe dodaman..me too.

did you ever notice how sometimes that can be the worst thing in the world but how in the long run...if you use it well, it can create so much wisdom and it ends up being the best thing in the world????

Yes Interval, you're correct. It has happened a few times in mt life. Just as long as you learn from them and not make the same mistake twice.................

That sounds a lot like myself. Sometimes learning the hard way leaves the biggest impression. If it's too easy sometimes it can be forgotten.

peanuts... life has this simple way of teaching lessons...and it's always true.

at first- you get a little, hardly painful lesson.- you can either take it and learn it, or not...

if you dont- you get a harder lesson and so on and so forth... until the lesson is learned.

When I was younger my paying attention skills were not so attentive. Now that I am older and with a family I am thankful my lessons are minimal. I normally can catch on the first time.
