dunno man.. out here in india, acid's the most popular rave drug..after which thers E and shroomz.. the last rave ...everyone.. and everyone was on 'cid.. there were killer drops flowing the rounds..and it was so beautiful..coz ppl were at the same level and everyone was connecting, communicating and smiling.. it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life..
In my circle of drum & bass and dubstep people we take a lot of acid in the clubs, but that's not really a rave. But yes it is popular for the people who know where to get it. I'm sure if more people knew who was selling it would be much more common. The outdoor raves are always filled with acid.
ive took acid at a rave once, it was very intense. i prefer to roll on pills when im raving. i find lsd to be better for me personally if im relaxed and in an enviroment surrounded by nature and natural beauty rather than hundreds of people. but thats just me.
I believe it is fairly common at raves that I've heard about (never been to one myself). It's true that ecstasy is going to be the most popular rave drug, but there should be at least some L at any big rave.
If I ever did it at a rave I know everyone would be asking me if I was rolling cuz that's kinda how I act when I'm trippin. Funny really.
In goa-parties (psy-trance, not really raves), at least in Belgium, you can easily find LOTS of LSD tabs or liquid. But concentration varies from one party to another.
psy-trance parties are the shit............ supposed to be going to one at a skating rink next week, lol. that should be a fucking time.... anyone ever on skates while tripping balls? i'll let you know how it goes.
around where i live it is fairly common at raves. i go to a lot of raves and i mean a lot. by far my favorite thing to do. but when there seems to be a drought in my area i'll usually hit up a rave and be able to pretty easily locate some while i'm there. the very first outdoor rave that i went to i got two hits of plain white blotter and five hits of some red gellies, and the gellies were really good. they were the best handled gellies i've ever seen super crystal clear. but that was a crazy night. 7 hits of cid and sit there and watch my dude spin some fire. P.L.U.R.
hawaii seriously lacks in trance/rave parties. Just a lot of hippity hop crap. But there have been a couple parties lately one with dj irene so maybe we are finally catching up!
Outdoor psy parties, yes. Lots. Grimey warehouse wubstep and drum and bass gatherings, a bit but not as much. Indoor raves complete with 14 year old tweenyboppers, hardly at all.
It is where I am from. I think that the hippies and the techies should unite. I am the later and there is much love in the rave scene, and the music is great. Not sure about where you are, but over here acid's pretty common at raves.. but then E is *ridiculously* easy to find, I can usually pick up within 5-10 minutes of going into the club/warehouse/whatever
