A hippie is someone who believs in love and not war.

Someone who will look in your eyes and know if your hungry and they will feed you. If your hitch-hiking a hippie will swerve through four lanes of traffic to get you off the highway.
A hippie will help you out anyway they can, and if troubles arise they will try to talk about things in a rational manner without violence.
If a hippie uses a gun it will be to get food, not to just shoot someone or some poor critter for kicks. But most hippies have gone vegan, so they would not eat meat often. Some do, Lord knows i love my meat and potatoes.

A hippie will not laugh at you when you are down, they will give you a hand up.

a "hippie" is peaceful,loving, caring, person to everyone. hippie's are at peace in with themselves mentally and physically. hippie'shave beleifs that they strongly abide by. hippies are happy people just being around them could put a smile on anyones face. hippies like to travel and where ever they go they will have family. so to sum it all up in my opinion a hippie is a person at peace with themselves that have strong beleifs, have family where ever they go and when you talk to a hippie or just walk by them they can put a smile on your face.
