Upon the wall, a chemical vision embraced
Not a mention of his once-true-love,
It was not the name of his artistic muse-
And it was not my name.
Nor in the painful void beneath
    his assembled production,
Were the two simple symbols contained
    that mask my identidy.

Together, we were the Kings of Cans-
In HAVOK we built an empire.
So that demons rest on empty thrones,
With the Emerald City behind them both
    He knows nothing regarding appreciation
of time spent in the wall's respect
And the passion for the throne.

Unseen, he knows nothing of my will to succeed.
Unmasked, he knows nothing of his will to survive.

    Man, that's a bitchin' poem!
    It's really deep.
    What exactly inspired this?

I used to paint (artistic, legal, and tasteful) grafitti with my ex boyfriend.

We started a crew called H.H. and it got big-
then we broke up but we promised to hit eachothers names up on the walls, and he never did. So it sucks, after everything we learned from eachother about paint, he forgets it all and takes it for granted.

H.H. is in shambles now, and I'm about to start a new empire called The Emerald City.
My first production will be all the characters from the Wizard of OZ walking down the yellow brick road, with the Emerald City in the backround

What a great opening, BFH! I almost wish you hadn't given away the meaning behind it, but understanding the specifics enlightens your persona that much more. Thank you for sharing all that you have :)

    And nice sig, btw...

    Wow, that's really amazing.
Yeah, without the meaning behind it, the poem seems a lot deeper.
I mean, the idea of physical grafitti being the actual idea behind this never came to mind. I really love the way it flows.
    Great job.

I really like this poem, got any pictures of you past graffiti work?

I don't have any of mine, but I used to do that a lot back in the day.
