not lonely enough, for my taste. we've got some pretty snooty neighbors...

 

thats no good. i like having lots of people around...lots of people means lots of snooty people (most) but enough good people to associate with so that you dont care too much bout the others. at least thats the way it is for me. sometimes i just really want to get away from big cities, though.

 

i lived in SoCal for a good part of my life, and i've pretty much been put off the whole high population thing for life.

 

Very cool....reminds me a lot of parts of Cumbria here....wish i lived near mountains.....

 

yeah. the only trouble is that we're on well water. so every time i take a shower or run the washers, my entire house smells like rotten eggs from the sulfur in the water. it's nasty! i hate it.

well water can be the very best, most refreshing water you can get, or it can be absolutely putrid, but it doesnt often seem like there's often an in between.

if it's good well water, i'd prefer it over bottled water any day of the week (even over carbonated water, which i really love)

 

that ain't too bad...saves blaming the dog if yer need to fart...just blame the plumbing....

lol we have cats. one of our cats farts really loud, it's bizarre.

 

beautiful, so you DO stay in once spot for more than week at a time!

on occaision. we'll be here 10 months, then we're leaving in january.
