never heard of it. is it one of those shows where they follow several pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and are there in the delivery room and show the nasty funkiness of labor?
I get too irritated when I watch that show.... the stupidity of some of those women (and men) is appalling...
when i was pregnant with joey, me and kai would watch it religiously. whenever i'd get uncomfortable or work to hard and start to pant, kai would put her hands on my belly, look me in the eye and say "push."
yeah, hehe kayla would pretend to do that too... it really taught my older daughter about the process even if some of the chicks were annoying.
babies are ok once they reach about 1 1/2 years did I stumble into the women's issues forum and somehow get sucked in
That was FUNNY! Yeah a lot of doctors and women are kinda irritating but each experience is different...
she was so handy. we'd take a bath and she'd wash my back and my hair for me and help me rinse out my hair when i couldn't lay back as easily anymore.
i looked like a baby monkey that drowned. and once all the hair fell out, i was still disgruntled and looked like i was plotting everyone's demise. i creeped my dad out.
Most newborns aren't that cute to me until they are a few weeks old. The last two weeks I have hated being pregnant.
I never watched that show. But I did enjoy an episode of 'me and some broad plus eight' the other day. Very funny.
Jon and Kate plus 8! That show is great! And I have concluded the most average people have the prettiest babies! Not Angelina and Brad, just us people.
I would watch it when I was pregnant and also, loved it. Although it always cracked me up when the hard core mamas who said they would NEVER use pain meds/epidurals were begging for them during delivery! Haha! I was a natural mama, no pain meds, no epidurals except when I had to have the emergency c-section with one of my twins (the other was born first vaginally). They wanted to knock me out completely and I started bawling like crazy, so they ended up (quickly) giving me the epi for the section.
i watched it when i was pregnant, the one on the discovery science channel actually shows difficulties and everything,. but a baby story, it makes everything look just like theres no painful labor, theyre just laying there, i hate that. it skips so much of the actual process, and just shows the pretty side.
