It's yum and also, pork fat will be good for lubricating your joints.

I know when my back really plays up, from too many horse falls I've lost a lot of the spongy fluids between vertebrae, and pork fat especially pork ribs really do make things better if just for a while.

Having a belly full of pork too make me happier.

the only reason I eat pork is for the fat.. all the vitamins are in the fat. and totally true it helps with arthritis..

fiberglass in shingles

 

you probably right space. i took some Gorilla tape to my hands seems to be alright now. . i was thinking the shingles too, but thought they are just tar and gravel.. nothing else i touched.
