I have both. I have a 300w 6200 luman unfiltered incodecent and 2 43w=150w 2700lumans fluro engery saver lights. What is better to grow 2 plants with. I want to grow a good crop and save money on bills

defintly the 300 for 2 plants, if you were growing a single plant then the second choice would work better

It all depends on the spectrum of light being produced by each. What kind of incandescent light are you talking about? Is it an HID (Metal Halide or High Pressure Sodium), with only 6,200 lumens, probably not! But what kind of light is it? Halogen, Mercury Vapor, regular Tungsten element?
And what about your energy savers (CFL's?), what is the Kelvin color temperature? You want 6,500 K for vegging and 2,700 K for flowering. These two color temperatures produce the best results of any flourescent lights.

even if the light is about 1 foot away?? And yes the incandescent light. Thing is though i dont have the kinda money to afford a MH or HPS light. If you can show me a site that sales the lights cheap and full kit. so i dont go buying something wrong and expensive if i buy 1

Incandescent lights are not at all good for plant growing even if there marked grow spectum all they do is produce heat and if you move them far enough away the little useable light dissapates. Go with cfl's if $ is an issue you can get them at any hardware store starting a around $30
