ok my first dose tonight was like 12 pills 300mg, im still not tripping and since then ive taken 2 more plus, and then three more.. at first i felt so sedated it was unpleasant but i chucked to snapples and try to force myself awake and now i feel good... but wheres the trip? ive only done this 3 times and i tripped more with only 150mg the first time.. and between my use of it i went months.. i also used this stuff at the medical dosage to help me sleep.. but that only lasted for a week and it was almost a year ago... could my tolerance still be this high since than? im also on serquil... only 100mgs before i got sleep everynight but i didnt todays dosage yet.. and tis been well over 24 hours since the last time i did, could this preventing me from tripping???

also would be dangerous to take dxm right now?

well, I don't remember if it was diphenhydramine or or dimenhydrinate or whatever. my understanding is that they're pretty much the same, except one is stronger.

I just ate a full tube of dramamine (12 tablets) and my field of vision would twitch, I would hear distant voices calling my name and telling me things, and almost transparent spiders and phantom people, as well as people I knew (who weren't really there) wandered around my house. extremely disorienting and confusing circumstances, though it all seemed normal at the time.

it's a bad drug. deleriants are just one of those classes of drugs I decidd to stay away from. not nearly enough fun or insightful, and you never know what kind of trouble you'll get yourself into.

 

how long did it take for it to fuck you? i think i took my shit at 11 something and its 2:10 now
still no real hallucinations or anything.. just mild sedation(was serious sadation until the snapple) and things sound alittle different... wtf man.. now just wanna go take my dxm but heard somewhere dxm and diph are bad together and can cause seizuirs

 

I haven't taken it in five or six years, but I remember it coming on rather fast. if it hasn't hit you yet, I doubt it will. sorry. but if I were you I wouldn't take dxm on top of it regardless.

 

I've taken up to 775mg of diphenhydramine on multiple occasions, which is equal to 1550mg of dramamine, and that shit is crazy. Not fun, in the least, but very interesting to know how far you have just pushed your mind.

and i believe diphenhydramine might be stronger than dimenhydrinate, but dimenhydrinate might be better trip/wise,, its often a motion sickness med

 

the trip diph definitly did come up on me but not nearly as intense as i thought.. ill jsut have to do alot more at once next time.. but was seeing those wispy lines, a sudden flash of like, and hearing voices..

 

also i did take the dxm, over 300mg... which isnt alot but it should be enough but im still not satisfied with it.. i dont know if im fucked or not

 

Yeah, 25mg of diphenhydramine is equal to 50mg of dimenhydrinate.

 

man i took 500mg of diph in all last night and barely tripped at all.. ive only done this stuff 3 times and the first time i only took 150mg and tripped more than this.... i had also chugged to snapples to keep me up it cut the edge off the extreme sedation.. but i mean that doesnt mean it shouldve also weakened the trip right?? do you think i wouldve tripped harder if i had taken all 500mg at once instead of in three doses?? plus on top of that i took enough dex to trip and it didnt do much.. i really cant remember how much i took(after all i was fucked up last night.. even if i wasnt walking around in a dream lol).. but it was probably somewhere between 200-400mg.. i know my dxm tolerance is way up cause ive been doing that alot lately and in my lifetime have done dxm wayy to much lol... but still that plus the diph shouldve made me trip! whats going on?! does anyone have any idea? i shouldnt have such a high diphenhydramine tolerance its weird!

also, does having a high dxm tolerance make the euphoria weaker even in doses that would be equivalent to lower doses without tolerance? or is it just random that my last few dxm trips werent nearly as euphoric as they have been in the past?

 

Man, I took 525mg of diphenhydramine one day and 775mg the next day. Those were some fukt up days. It was my second and third time on DPH.

i took only 500mg of that stuff with lots of water and i was seeing shadow/midget guys outa the corner of my eye going down the hallway very fast, it mainly looked like shadows, but short 1s

 

dude the next day i took over 500mg all at once... drank alot of iced tea again to stay up and also lots of water... i also didnt sleep all night... i was definitly trippin but again not like i hoped.. no major hallucinations.. minor shit like the floors and walls were all wavy like plastic wrap was on them or puddles rippling on them, and little flashes here and there, spots moving out of the corner of my eyes that looked like little bugs, plus little itchy feelings that felt like a bug running up my legs which actually got kinda annoying... i gave up and decided to go to sleep at 6 am when most of the hallucinations were gone.. i then took my seroquil which usually puts me out for hours..

then the weirdest thing happened.. i woke up early as fuck like at 9 or 10 am.. and it was like all of sudden... after being all tired on diph and then seroquil i thought id be out all day, but i woke up like that and still felt tired, but almost wired awake like when youve taken something speedy and cant sleep... i also felt really gittery and sick... and then i realized i was still fucked up! those bug like things were still moving along the floors and walls and i still wasnt even thinking straight everytime i noticed one they made me jump even though i knew they werentt there, and i kept feeling shit moving up my arms and legs still.. it lasted all day! if i turned off the tv the screen started rippling flashing... i also felt really dry and couldnt pee till way later that night(but knew i had too), and my throat felt weird and dry and like i was perpetually choking(it was hard to breath in too like i had to take really short deep breaths), i had a weird metalic taste in my mouth that i couldnt get rid of(everything i tasted would taste like metal), and i have post nasal drip(unrelated to the diph) so i usually have a light shallow cough, although it sounds kinda deep cuz i smoke, but my cough was really fucked up sounding like alot more than usually, each time it sounded more like i was choking than it did a cough... but i went to bed mad early like 6 pm, woke up again at 12 30 am, ate some ice cream, took my seroquil again, and woke up again at 12 30 pm the next day.. and i was totally fine. no effects at all.

wtf happened? this drug isnt supposed to take long.. the box didnt say XR anywhere, it said 4-6 hours... although one of the boxes were capsuls and the other was tablets... could that make a difference? could the seroquil have some wierd effect on it?? this is weird as fuck does anyone know what could have happened??

im thinking of trying one more time to see what happens, i doubt it could be the seroquil because the trip never got as fucked up as it was supposed to but if anyone knows anything that might help...

 

Give some time to get that shit out of your system before you keep taking more(like a couple days) The main difference between dimenhydrinate(dramamine) and diphenhydramine(benadryl) are the characteristic hallucinations and the strength of diphenhydramin is twice as strong as dimenhydrinate. diphen usually makes people see some spiders. Dimenhydrinate usually makes people see clear 'jellies' on the walls. Both can be somewhat fun. definately not a drug to abuse and not a drug of choice for most people. For someone to call themselves and experienced psychonaut though they do need to try a deleriant once. Dimenhydrinate seemed to last longer too. So if you feel like feeling heavy, talking to people that aren't there, seeing ghosts in your tv, steam coming off your feet, and the occasional spider or ten go for it.

 

yeah i was hoping for something like that to happen.. i definitly felt heavy... saw little things moving like bugs(althought not spiders specifically) but none of that other really trippy shit.. it just didnt happen... could it be because im on zoloft?
