I took about 20 mg of 2c-i, which a friend gave me, about 2 hours ago. I have felt a whole constellation of feelings and emotions... from feeling drunk to remembering my time on shrooms. My thinking is that there is a certain commonality, unity, in the way psychedelics impact the mind. 2c-i is a lot like the shrooms I took. In fact, in the first hour I felt drunk... so it's like alcohol -- a few beers or some vodka -- for some time. My pupils never dilated all that much, and from 30 minutes on I felt a stimulating effect which continues. My view on 2c-i is that it's a little hyped -- definitely overpriced, with prohibition and all. This is supposed to be a very powerful hallucinogen? I refuse to write my experiences in a chronological sequence, so far, because it is just not warranted. The drug is not really that big of a deal. The visuals have involved mostly seeing changes in the peripheral view, colors brightening and darkening, crispier colors in nature... there is definitely a time dilation... but no really big changes. Could the drug make one unnecessarily introspective? Could it build up a false sense of philosophical depth? Maybe I just need something more powerful. I think I'll go grab a bite to eat... haaa.
Well, I decided to take 2c-i because I can't stand puking, and I read that 2c-e makes you puke. Anyway, I think I am past my peak, and this stuff is OK, but... it's nothing life-changing to me. Reading a good book is far more mind-bending to me than this weak 2c-i.
Most people find 2c-e less irritating for your gastrointestinal system than 2c-i. I´ve made the same observation.
OK, I will admit that it has empathogenic qualities. For example, there was this sign posted just outside a tennis court about a lost racquet, which for this lady had sentimental value. I actually couldn't stop reading that paper, which most people would have just looked over... and I could almost "see" her attachment to that racquet. I feel extra sensitive... and have enjoyed laying in bed, feeling the sheets against my skin... I also fantasized about being again with the ex I most adore... and I believe the drug does provide insights... but insights in your relations with others. I see it as a "hug drug," like MDMA. It would be great to do with a girlfriend, methinks. Not for the sex but for the sensual aspect, to fully explore your emotional and spiritual makeup, and your feelings of vulnerability. Lucky for me, I am naturally drugged and very tactile. But I think 2c-i heightens things. Also, I should add that I was able to drive while high, and was able to down a juicy burger shortly after I started posting in this thread.
Usually under a bridge where all the crack addicts smoke rock and shit, just be like "Yo... I'd like to purchase some psychedelic phenethylamines, more specifically, 2,5-dimethoxy-4-ethyl-phenethylamine." It's that easy.
I just want to add that I got a headache for the rest of the day after I took the 2c-i, and that my skin felt sensitive 10 hours after I took the drug. I post this because I read in an article that the drug is supposed to last 6-8 hours -- so, beware, it can last up to 10. I don't know if I'd give it high marks. The headache was an inconvenience. I really wanted visuals, so I will try something different in the future. This is a drug to do with someone else, I think. Perhaps then the benefits will outweigh the costs. Maybe I will try a larger dose in the future. I sorta have a "been there, done that" view on 2c-i, but just in case I will perhaps try it at least once more. I definitely had more control over my behavior under 2c-i than after taking in 5 or 6 beers.
I´m wondering if you can overdose 2C-I as safely as 2C-B (from the latter, I once did 120mgs). Does anyone have any experience with that?
I liked about half I like 2C-B and 2C-E I am nuetral with the 2C-I and 2C-C has anyone tried 2C-T-21 before I had done 2C-T-7 it is nothing like that. the 21 is way more mellow, but i had some weird bodily effects. A few friends of mine had a party and most people liked it but I just could not like it. too boring. I have done it three times and nothing good has really come of it.

In my mind 2c-i is no more dangerous than alcohol: in fact, I'd go as far as to say that if 2c-i were more commonly used, deaths directly attributed to it would be nowhere near as great as deaths attributed to alcohol. To me, this is typical media sensationalism.
Dude 2c-i isn't psychedelic enough. The next 'thing' should be VERY psychedelic. lol. LSD needs to make a comeback or something.
True dat, I never "tripped" off C-I. Felt good though, and lots of brightness, no full blown trip. For psychedelic effects, I think the next big thing would have to be a tryptamine, methoxy AMT or DPT (blew me away). Even 2C-E didn't blow my reality away like I though it would. Still pretty cool though, definitely my fav RC.
I took one hit of acid then on the come down I snorted about 25mg of 2c-i and WOW, I saw some nice visuals, my whole room turned into a orange-redish kalidascope and i looked out my window and my plants turned into snakes that were flopin in the wind, went outside and watched a tree die and be reborn 10 billion times, and the grass was flaming and then turned into little lego men jumping up and down
2C-B. It was in the golden days when 2C-B was easy to get and cheap. Two friends of mine went even higher: 300mgs / 350mgs.
