The tornado had 200 mph. winds.

Seven of the dead were children in an elementary school...I think more tornadoes are predicted for the area.

What I find so amazing about natural disasters like this is how fast communities either rebuild or move on. The resilience of the human spirit and all that jazz. If something like that happened to me I would just want to sit by the rubble and cry.

I think you are too shocked to cry. And you find reserves of strength that get you through.
I was in OK during the 1999 storm, in basically the same neighborhoods. The school was maybe a mile away form the 1999 storm path. My son's father lived in that subdivision, and the night of the big tornado, my son was there visiting. Long night until a cell phone call could get out and I knew my kiddo was safe. Untouched, actually.

Cry all you want, but you'd better be pulling out folks from the rubble.

Seems the same in snowy areas where cars go off the road easily. People just get done what needs to be done. Who else will?

That is the problem there is no time for crying until days or weeks latter. People need to let that emotion out and not keep it bottled up inside. I am sure when the funerals start for the kids that a lot of tears that have been held back will flow very freely.

    Westboro better stay away!!!!!!!!!!
