Here's a not so good pic of my dreads at 2 1/2 weeks. They're starting to look good I think. Though, I need to work on palmrolling them more. The back isn't as good as the front. *hugs* Jessie
adorable i never palmrolled mine or anything, except a few loose hairs in the front that annoyed me everytime the wind bleew em in my face.. mine formed better in the back 1st, cause i had put some beads in em.. but then again mine took months not weeeks..lol but u look so cute with your lil dreadies. (i did have too peek at your age, i thought u looked alot younger..no offence)
soaringeagle: I hear ya on the not palmrolling thing.. my old man never did that to his and they are super huge and cool like yours... all thick and full!!! He's had them for 15+ years... I'm tryin to get him to post pics on the internet but he doesnt trust it (paranoia) but with my hair I had to palm roll them cause it was a habit... i always play with my hair... so i guess i only do it out of boredom!
*hugs* Thanks guys. With some of the dreads it's either I palm roll them or they start to look funky. It helps them keep their shape for now. Though some are comming along fine without it. I can't wait till they start to really look good. Right now they're kind of messy and wild. *hugs* Jessie
