I just realised where your avatar is from (DOH!), having watched Fear and Loathing the other day, excellent movie.
Precisely. I quite like a lot of french food, and some random things from different places like Thai green curry and Mexican food. but mostly i stick to traditional british food. No fast-food for me! If it doesn't take 3 or more hours to prepare, it's not worth eating.
