    I know there are idiots that abuse tramadol bigtime. However, I come from 70 mgs of methadone daily so 250 mgs of tramadol is a huge step...

    I quit methadone about a months ago and use 100 to 150 mgs of tramadol twice daily... I don't feel a thing of it except it makes the everlasting...
