no we are NOT an intentional community here,,,, we have land that we are homesteading and we have folks that visit help out for a couple hours a day in exchange for sleep place n food,,,, if extra hours are put in then we give green energy to them in exchange,,, we have time limits on stays and we are the only ones who actually live here full time on the land,,,, actually aint met anyone we would even think of startin an intentional community with,,,,..

 

I haven't read this entire thread but I'd create a non profit organization in which all assets and land holding would be "owned". Board of directors would be the first 5-10 people involved. I'd look at grants and loans from the government to establish a self sustainable community with programs for art and helping the outlying communities.

I'd also like to add that we will never "own" the land. We can only care for it as it is the land that owns us....
