best technique to enlarge penis

i have 4.2 inches penis and i have seen many technique to enlarge penis on the net i want ur help plz tell me which is best i mean i should choose pills,surgery,or any other method and plz also tell me that, can vigrx increase my penis size and if then how many inches i can increase my current size is 4.2 inches.

First of all, surgery is the worst method of enlarging your penis. Second, why do you even want to enlarge it? It's just some skin with a bunch of blood veins and weird spongy stuff in it...

 

Hey, it's what Mother Nature gave you! Does it still do the job it's supposed to do? If so, then DON'T FIX what's not broken And don't you dare be ashamed of it - they come in all different sizes.

 

The pills don't work, the surgery isn't very safe or reliable (at least from what I've heard). I have heard that a penis pump can be a temporary measure, but it isn't a huge change.

Size isn't that important though
