Old Man Winter Killed The Mushies

There they were, those little buggers poking their little heads out to greet the sun. What a perfect secluded little field. I said I'd come back tomorrow with a good backpack, then old man winter came back for an encore and killed em all. Darn him. But, I think he's leaving again. Just wondering what the season looks like around the rest of the country. It's about to kick off down here.

some friends gathered a few in the warm wet days of last week.

 

Actually its northern TX, but I know the Fl trail. And yeah, I was kicking myself for not getting out earlier last week when it was warm and humid. This weeks looking good though.

 

same shit happened to me.. i live in central florida an i waited a couple days 2 late and it got cold again. oh well anytime now and it should get warm...
