It is the best movie ever. I watch it almost everyday. High or otherwise. Wonderful piece of Art at the least.
sorry but i really really hated this film. my guitar teacher then told me all this stuff that i didnt realise because, well the movie really didnt portray it well to me, burnt out. it was too long. i hate progressive stuff like that. all those landscape things i really didnt like. i liked the bits where thigns happened.. but i hated the bits where the camera just looks around the place and does apparently meaningful shots. at any rate, people tell me to read the book and i think that would be more explanitory but i dont like reading fiction. ill have a look at that flash
Yeah, I'm almost halfway through the book right now. It explains SO MUCH that the movie doesn't. The book should be required reading before the movie. Like the Dawn of man, all the ape stuff makes so much more sense when you know that one is named Moonwatcher and his clan fights with One Ear's clan. The book just explains details outright where the movie can't. The movie is long and very slowly paced, but when I'm stoned (this is how I am, obviously might not be the same for you all) all those long panning scenes with the music in the background just draws me in further and further. Oh yeah, "Echos" synchs up pretty well with Jupiter and Byond the Infinite. Good stuff =D Now to watch the flash.
