UK: Cannabis and mental illnesses?

here's the article from BBC news website...i was listening to a radio programme last night and they were discussing this...and also I heard that the annual cannabis march in Brixton is likely to be banned this year!!!!

im not from england, but the fight to free the plant is a world wide struggle.

and anything about weed causeing mental illness is bullshit, first it isnt right or ethical to claim a person who smokes weed and is crazy, happens to be crazy because they smoke. also it may be the person with the illness in the first place try's to self medicate with pot.

 

At the moment the UK news is going crazy about this,
plus it's all over the newspapers, etc.
Not only that, even the Dutch government and looking
into reclassifying the strong Skunk weeds being sold
as well.
This is all unfortunate and a knock back.
What right does anyone have to say I can't smoke it
in the privacy of my own home.

I think I'm going to emmigrate.

seriously, I believe this is just another moral panic created to either ...deter young people from trying weed, or jit's just a matter of political propaganda (so close to the elections)
I was listening to this programme on the radio last night and one of the callers claimed she knew FOUR people who used to be heavy users that ended up with mental problems...i was laughing so hard...you can't be that easy to convince..

 

did they have a certified psyc on? cuz yea thats messed up. in some cases pot has broght ocds out in people. like u know some people who get stonded just have to clean everything. or have to be moving. but those kinda things are all underlying conditions that are just brought out when ur mind lets its gaurd down

 

Don't vote Conservative in the UK who want
