I once had one of those TV remote control watches, which was set to work on any TV make you wanted it to. Poor staff at Dixons didn't quite know what they were letting themselves in for, having a mischievous kid wandering round their store, turning off entire walls of Sony TV's with a single press. Must have confused the hell out of them....

 

I'm not even that subtle. If I'm in a shop and there's a TV blurting out advertising at me, I just walk over and turn the fucking thing off.
